Nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Great location, close to the main attractions and with easy access to public transport.
No shuttle service from the airport and had to take a taxi. Housekeeping could be improved - I had to ask for more towels and the room was not cleaned daily.

Had a comfy bed and great aircon, which was much appreciated in the heat. Really enjoyed the rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city, perfect for sunset drinks. the location was also spot on, only a short walk from all the main sights.
There were a few housekeeping issues - shelves were dusty and maid only came once in our four-day stay. We also had to ask for a kettle and the toilet was basic, not like the one in the photo.

the location was great, with beautiful natural surroundings that allowed me to be in direct touch with nature. the room itself was comfortable and provided a good view of the surrounding area. the bathroom, although different from the photo, was functional and met my basic needs. the service, although not perfect, was attentive and responsive to my requests. Lastly, the breakfast offered a variety of options and was quite satisfying.
the housekeeping service seemed to be lacking as the room was not cleaned thoroughly during my entire stay.
